And once your guests arrive, InnOvation software makes it easy to check them in, track charges during their stay, and check them out---all without tallying paper receipts or reentering information!

It's simple to make reservations with InnOvation® software. Just use the reservation command to reserve the room. And if the guest has stayed with you before, the guest information is already there! With InnOvation software, there's no need to type in information over and over again. Once you've taken the reservation, use InnOvation to print or email** a customized confirmation letter. If you require a guest to send a deposit, just use the payment command to enter the deposit when it arrives. The deposits report makes sure that credit and deposit issues have been resolved---long before your guests arrive.

When a guest arrives, simply use the check in command to check them in quickly and efficiently. You can even print a welcome letter personalized especially for your guest!

Once a guest has checked in, InnOvation® software automatically calculates room charges for each night, based on your rate schedule. And to add additional charges for products and services, just use the charge command. If you want to add items to your products and services catalog, use the catalog editor to make fast and easy additions. You can review a guest's current charges at any time using the reservation command.

When a guest is ready to leave, simply use the check out command to quickly receive payment and print a final statement.

InnOvation® software comes complete with layouts for basic confirmation letters, welcome letters, statements, envelopes, and popular labels so you can start taking reservations right away. The easy-to-use forms editor lets you customize the format to your own style and needs. In fact, you can create up to 256 different forms. InnOvation software lets you set up eight different rate structures as well as up to 256 reservation packages. Use the setup wizard to create a variety of rate structures, and the calendar editor to apply the rates to different time periods. Use the package editor to set up packages. You can also apply discount and special rates for individual reservations and discounts for individual guests. InnOvation software's "to-do" lists help you remember the many things that keep your lodging establishment running smoothly. If you choose, InnOvation software automatically adds a "to-do" list item for each guest arrival. To help you run your lodging establishment, InnOvation software provides powerful search commands and a wide range of reports. And InnOvation software's extensive online help guides you through the many important tasks needed to run your lodging establishment.
