Can I import guest information from another program?
Yes, if the program can export the guest information to a text file as comma delimited strings (CSV), InnOvation® can import the information. First, set up an import definition using the Setup Import command from the Tools menu and then import the information using the Import command from the File menu.
Note that if you are converting from Avail™, GuestAll™, or Guest Tracker™, InnOvation® will import your guest information - as well as your reservation information - automatically during installation.
