How do I recovery my reservation information? If the InnOvation® software won't start, do the following:
- Determine that your computer is virus free and that Windows® is properly installed.
- Reinstall InnOvation® by clicking this link
- Restart InnOvation®
If the InnOvation® software is unable to open your reservation information, do the following:
- Select Programs->InnOvation->InnOvation Data Recovery from the Windows® Start menu
- When the Data Recovery screen appears, click Quick database repair
If the InnOvation® software is still unable to open your reservation information, do the following:
- Select Programs->InnOvation->InnOvation Data Recovery from the Windows® Start menu
- When the Data Recovery screen appears, click Restore database from my last backup and then restore the data your last backup. NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION YOU HAVE ENTERED SINCE YOUR LAST BACKUP WILL BE LOST!
