How do I setup InnOvation® and Webervations® to work together

Do the following:

  1. Use the Export Availability command from the File menu in InnOvation® to setup the connection to Webervations® including the userid and password (supplied by Webervations®) and frequency of updates. Check the Import Reservations box if you want to receive online reservations from Webervations® as well.
  2. From your web browser, sign on on to your Webervations® account
  3. Select the Upload tab on the Availability/Rates screen
  4. Select "InnOvation", and set the "Upload Authorization Number" to 60, and then click the Save button

For the online availability to be accurate as possible observe the following guidelines:

  1. Unit names need to be spelled exactly the same and be in the same order in InnOvation® and Webervations®. You can reorder your InnOvation® units using the Setup Units command from the Tools menu.
  2. Availability for "auxiliary" units (indicated by checking the "Auxiliary Unit" box when setting up a unit) will not be exported to Webervations®.
