What is Cooperative Innkeeping™ and how do I use it?
Cooperative Innkeeping™ allows users to to share lodging availability with other InnOvation® users and the ability to check lodging availability from anywhere there is access to the Internet.

To set up InnOvation® to export availability for Cooperative Innkeeping™, do the following:

  1. From the File menu, pull down Export Availability
  2. Select Cooperative Innkeeping from the Service drop-down list
  3. Choose and enter a Password that you will use to see your availability. Be sure to make a note of both your Location Id and Password
  4. Check Show Details if you want to see your availability to the unit level
  5. Select the Update Frequency you want
  6. Click OK

To setup shared availability access for another InnOvation® user, do the following:

  1. From the Tools menu, pull down Setup Locations
  2. Click Add
  3. Enter the Location Id and Password defined above
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Done
  6. Use the Availability report to see the shared availability

To setup shared availability access from a web browser, do the following:

  1. Enter the URL http://www.swmaker.com/availapp
  2. Enter the Location Id and Password defined above
  3. Click the Logon button
